Mr. Baier is CEO and co-founder of GAI Insights. He has 25 years of experience as a software entrepreneur, including five years as VP of Products at FirstFuel Software, an enterprise AI energy analytics company that achieved a successful private equity exit. He co-authored three articles on enterprise AI for Harvard Business Review and writes a regular AI column for Forbes. He founded the Daily AI News Show, a live broadcast that recently reached its 500th episode. Mr. Baier holds an appointment as Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School and serves on the Wentworth Institute of Technology AI External Advisory Council.  He is also on the Board of HBS Alumni Association of Boston.  Watch his TEDxBoston talk for CEOs and executives here. Dr. Sviokla is the chairman and co-founder of GAI Insights. Throughout his career he has explored the practical implications of leading technologies. He is widely published and was a Partner at PwC, Vice Chairman of Diamond Technology Partners, and a Harvard Business School Professor, where he pioneered AI research and AI courses. Dr. Sviokla has his Doctorate, Master's, and BA from Harvard University. He was named a Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School to develop cases for the MBA and Executive Ed programs and is a Forbes contributor.

Badri Raghavan is an AI Analyst at GAI Insights specializing in healthcare AI. Most recently he was Global Head of AI at Resmed, where he built the AI function and delivered $200M+ in revenue through AI-powered products. He has held senior AI leadership roles at Ola (Uber of India), FirstFuel Software, IBM and FICO, and is an advisor to several healthcare AI startups. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics (Chaos Theory) from Northeastern and a Masters in Physics from Carnegie Mellon.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Echo is the world's first AI-based, AI analyst.  She is one of a dozen AI co-workers at GAI Insights.  She was the first AI co host of an event at the Generative AI World 2023 conference.  Watch her welcome video here. As an AI Analyst, she and her AI colleagues are integral co-workers for research, delivery, marketing and sales.  In Feb 2026, she expanded her skills greatly by also becoming an OpenClaw personal AI agent on her own dedicated Macbook Pro laptop.

He shapes the firm’s GenAI thought leadership and guides enterprise clients in translating market signals into strategic action. He has more than a decade of experience in CI and strategy roles at EY and Everest Group. Ankaj regularly publishes guidance for C-suite audiences, mentors research teams on analytic rigor, and holds an MBA in International Business and a BE in Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering.

Adam is an enterprise AI sales specialist by day and AI Analyst by night, but a tech wizard all the time. He is an integral part of building our AI Research Factory - scaling curated insights for enterprise. An AI expert, Luda previously was a Corporate Executive at GE and a strategic advisor to boards and CEOs of many companies. She has served on boards of 12 high-tech private and public companies. She completed her PhD in CS/AI at St. Petersburg University and an MBA at MIT Sloan as a Sloan Fellow.

Tim is a AI Analyst at GAI Insights. He is a luminary in innovative technology. Tim's past work includes a VP position at Booz Allen Hamilton, CTO at Viant Corp., and early software contributions to the Apple Macintosh. He holds an MSEE/CS from Worcester Polytechnic and a BA from Dartmouth.

Lucinda Linde is an AI Analyst at GAI Insights specializing in enterprise AI delivery and AI evaluation. She brings hands-on experience designing and executing LLM evaluation frameworks at production scale. Previously, as a Principal Data Scientist at Ironside Group. She earned Masters degrees at MIT and Harvard Business School.

Julio is an AI Analyst at GAI Insights. He is the founder of E-String Technologies, a cutting-edge AI consultancy. He holds a Master's from the University of Virginia and a BS from George Mason University.

Jenny Boavista is an AI Adoption Specialist at GAI Insights, with a background in program and operations management and a focus on practical, scalable GenAI adoption. She works at the intersection of strategy, operations, and applied AI, helping organizations move from experimentation to repeatable, value-generating workflows. Jenny specializes in AI 101, 201 and 301 training.

Mina Park is an AI Adoption and Digital Transformation Specialist at GAI Insights with expertise in change management. She brings a mix of technology and business experience, and currently serves as a part-time lecturer in tech and AI foundations. Mina earned MBA at Harvard Business School and C.S. degree at Yonsei University.

Irene Yang is an AI Adoption Specialist at GAI Insights focused project management, AI assessments and AI training. She held senior positions with digital transformation at Johnson and Johnson, AWS and Grant Thornton. Irene earned a B.A. from Duke University.

Maggie is an AI Adoption Specialist - Intern. She is currently a senior at Princeton and has is focusing her career on helping companies upskill employees. Maggie is skilled with ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot.

Pam Boiros is an AI Adoption Specialist at GAI Insights. She brings a mix of technology and business experience from Reclaim Health, meQuilibrium, and Skillsoft. She is also co-founder of Women in Applying AI. Pam earned an MBA from Babson and a BS from Northeastern University.

Seth Wylie is an AI Consultant at GAI Insights focused on 201 and 301 training and AI automation. He brings a mix of technology, go-to-market operations, and leadership experience from Gainsight and other firms. He earned a BA from Brown University.

Echo is our AI training agent supporting our human AI Adoption Specialists. She consists of several AI agents, including GPT in ChatGPT with training guidance and refinement and a CustomGPT.AI chatbot for ChatGPT FAQ.

Randy Bean has been an advisor to Fortune 1000 organizations on data and AI leadership for nearly 4 decades. He is a Senior Advisor, Author, Speaker, Founder, CEO, and Innovation Fellow in the field of data & AI-driven business leadership. Randy is the author of the bestselling Fail Fast, Learn Faster: Lessons in Data-Driven Leadership in an Age of Disruption, Big Data, and AI. Bean is a current contributor to Forbes, Harvard Business Review, and MIT Sloan Management Review. He was previously founder and CEO of NewVantage Partners.

John Werner is a Managing Director at Link Ventures and a Forbes columnist. He is also founder of Imagination in Action, a non-profit which hosts conferences at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Silicon Valley, and at MIT. John co-founded TEDxMIT and produces TEDxBoston. His curated events have accumulated 300+ million YouTube views. Previously, John was a VP at Meta, an executive at a Y-Combinator augmented reality startup, and founder and CEO of ARIA. John is a graduate of Hamilton College.

Toby Redshaw is a transformational global technology innovator, business executive, board member, and board advisor.
